You may be asked to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any stage. • Verification Requirement: ya888 reserves the right to delay or hold any withdrawal pending satisfactory KYC verification, including CNIC verification, proof of address, and source of funds documentation where required.

ya888 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa provider may apply their own transaction charges. ya888 is not responsible for any fees applied by third-party payment processors.

ya888 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses offered on ya888 are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms displayed at the time the offer is presented:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate (or not at all) relative to slot games. Contribution percentages are specified per promotion.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the time limit specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your account balance without notice.

All games and betting markets offered on ya888 are subject to the specific rules governing each product. General gaming and betting terms applicable across the ya888 platform are as follows:

• Bet Acceptance: ya888 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet or wager at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
• Obvious Errors: In the event that a game outcome, odds price, or payout is clearly erroneous due to a technical fault, human error, or software malfunction, ya888 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players involved. Winnings derived from obvious errors will not be paid.
• Abandoned Events: For sports betting markets, if an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum required play time as defined in ya888's sportsbook rules, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Exceptions apply to in-play bets where a significant portion of the event has already been completed.
• Cricket Betting: PSL matches, international Test matches, T20Is, and ODIs are covered by ya888's cricket betting rules, which are published separately within the sportsbook section. In-play ball-by-ball markets are subject to additional latency and suspension rules to maintain market integrity.
• Casino Games: All casino game outcomes on ya888 are generated by certified random number generator (RNG) software. Independent audits are conducted regularly to verify the statistical fairness of all game outcomes. ya888 does not and cannot manipulate game outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ya888 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance held, in addition to any legal remedies ya888 may choose to pursue:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or terrorism financing.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with ya888 games or betting markets.
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities. Any player who discovers a bug is required to report it to ya888 support immediately and must not exploit it.

• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abuse directed at ya888 staff or other players.

All content available on ya888.org — including but not limited to software, code, graphics, logos, game assets, text, data, video streams, and user interface designs — is the intellectual property of ya888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use ya888 solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from ya888 without express written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any ya888 software or game.
